So... does anyone know of any really good time wasting things online that I might employ to my benefit while I get better from being sick? I have already exhausted 5 wikipedia tangents, caught up on 4 webcomics, read the backlog of my two favorite feminist blogs, and dawdled about facebook. I've perused Think Geek for hours. BPAL's March offerings were quite fine, too bad I missed them. So... that's what I've been perusing. Any further notions or ideas?

Sun, 04/06/2008 - 12:17amHmmm are you in a place w/ a nice back yard? If so there are plenty of good books out there :)
(unless you are sick due to outdoor allergies if that is the case then: >.< )
WoW is also Epic in time-wasting: try discovering each place on Azeroth and the in Outlands
Otherwise try typing random words or phrases into youtube and try finding something odd/funny/interesting/very odd
GL and hope you get better soon!

Sun, 04/06/2008 - 2:07amWhat I do to waste time when I'm bored is either: read a book, browse the many forums I am on, play some video gamez, or watch anime. I just watched 24 episodes (finished that anime..Gurren Lagann..good stuff) in the past..5 days, lulz. Most of it last night since I didn't have to work.

Tue, 04/08/2008 - 12:31pmTry Orson Scott Card, his Ender's Game series and Alvin Maker series are great(and that makes a total of around 20 books)!
Also hope you enjoy Grendel, found that book to be quite interesting, and slightly comical/tragic on Grendel's life
wrote my senior thesis (High School Sr.) on that book and Frankenstein and the mentality of a monster and the driving forces that push these creatures to do bad things
