That newscaster (a talking head, not a journalist) is a self-righteous prig.
It sounds like the cops et al failed to arrest any of the actual perpetrators of the violence, so since they need someone to blame they're trying to pin the whole thing on this kid. If happened out on the street and was committed primarily by people he didn't even directly invite to his party, he certainly shouldn't shoulder the entire blame, even for spoiling Vasya's insightful post.
This thing where it moves posts to the bottom of the thread when they're edited is kind of a PITA.
That doesn't happen to me. You mean you edited a previous post and now it's showing up at the bottom of the thread instead of where you originally posted it?
