So I just finished reinstalling XP and I was wondering if anyone remembers old windows NT ver 4 and the crazy wild animal sounds that replaced the standard windows sounds.
Like clicking on start menu options would pay a rattlesnake sound, errors messages were some kind of monkey as well as a few other weird sounds.
Anyway I was wondering if anyone knows how to set these sounds up on windows XP.

Sun, 12/23/2007 - 6:02pmEasy, go to the control panel in windows xp and select sounds. If there is anything remotely like that, you should find it here.
You can also set your own custom sounds too if you want.

Wed, 12/26/2007 - 11:33amYeh, you've been able to do custom sounds on Windows for many many versions now, the first one I used was Win 3.1 and you could do them there.
