Sat, 08/29/2009 - 10:48amStill no Pandaren class though. They were one of the most fun to play in WC III. Lots of debilitating passives and active abilities! :D

Mon, 08/31/2009 - 5:02pmThey won't put in the pandaren class ever, since it is offensive to a part of the Chinese culture and a not insigificant portion of the people playing the game live in China.
I also know that the Chinese government censors the game directly (such as bones and dead bodies), so Blizzard may simply have wanted to avoid another fight with them.

True, that's the argument I have herd before, but I'm sorry they find it offensive. To me it seems like a generic, alternative, Eastern character to the WoW universe. They have snobby Western knights and elitist elves. Plus it has fairly straightforward ties to the Drunken Master movie (can't recall the right name) which was a comedy as well. Then again, censors usually don't app,y logic and open mindedness.
Although I am curious as to how it logically could be offensive. ?.?
