Those are really neat! Is there a place that shows how it's done? (fireworks and those glow rings are what I can guess at, but it seems they used more(or is it less?) consistent, and shaped, glowing objects for the orb and flowing lights?
EDIT: Oh yeah--some sort of sparklers too? I had a friend write his name in the air (one letter per photo) once 2 years ago on the 4th of July. I'm guessing they mastered the art and found many more techniques to use in their shots (plus better cameras!!)
further edit/idea: The Blue Man Group would definitely love this stuff too!
