These guys just play video game music covers from the 80s. There's some great stuff for us nostalgic old foos on here. They got slapped with a bunch of lawsuits from Nintendo, Konami, Capcom etc when they came out with a cd....so it's kinda hard to find. In any event this is them playing a song from Megaman 2 live. If any of you are interested I have a full length cd by them with some great tracks from Castlevania, Zelda etc...

awesome!...they have a symphonic counterpart, not so professional but still fun called select start...i found them on oc remix...where i usually get all my game music remix traxxxxx

Megaman 2 was my favorite game ever. I never found MM I, but played all the other titles.

Mr. Bungle also has several video game covers. For those who don't know, Mr. Bungle is an extremely eclectic bunch, the most famous of whom is Mike Patton who used to sing for Faith No More. I first heard their live cover of Super Mario some 8 years ago. They are amazing live.. they all swap instruments on stage every few songs, as they are each extremely talented and very accomplished musicians.
