In light of the recent comings/goings of ppl I thought I may need to notify ppl of my lack of being on:
Mostly I've been hanging around in the cave studying w/ ppl and trying to play catch up with my grades this semester
--the level grind on willo is a bit boring now too and the anticipation balloon for 3.1 has deflated
I'll prolly be around more so once 3.1 emerges from the beta, and over summer break (wait, that's only like 4 weeks from now!!!!)
I hope everyone is managing with life and keeping things fun&interesting

Mon, 04/06/2009 - 8:53pmTotally understand< I sympathize with you and Chris. I feel that this expansion has set the bar too low, effectively taken the challenge out of end game content. It used to be an exciting time to take down a new boss for the first time after many tries with people you know.
Now I feel that this game has been reduced to constantly pugging raid after raid, running into people you wish you did not meet in the first place. I also feel that I have grown out of this game because of the influx of younger and often more immature gamers. If it were not for being unemployed, I would be on as much as Chris+Janet. I am not sure how much I am going to be on till the patch, but it wont be for very long periods of time. Sucks to be unemployed in a time of economic downturn, if I dont get a job soon im going to go crazy.

Tue, 04/07/2009 - 12:20amEnjoy your time off from wor...I mean WoW! It's crazy to me how there's some people who I was playing with when I first started playing are STILL playing mainly back on Silvermoon in MH) without any major breaks.

Tue, 04/07/2009 - 1:07am... does this mean that when I come up to visit we can play frisbee? I have one that glows (no blinking lights, so the jellyfish won't try to molest it).

Tue, 04/07/2009 - 6:14amI'm confused by the context of this <.<
?.?
Narrative
Tue, 04/07/2009 - 3:03pmIt's okay. It's a bit of a Tampa joke-- you see, it also included a bit of a logic leap, which you and I seem to be good at. I wish to go roadtripping (I can't but that's neither here nor there... no wait, it's here... only here *weep*), and one tradition of of the Floridians... rather, of me, Rew and Chris, is to play frisbee. At night. In the dark. But there happens to be miles and miles of water all around Florida! So a frisbee was acquired. It had blinky glowy lights. And they played frisbee without me. Right into Tampa Bay. And I think the jellyfish worshipped it as a god among their kind as it drifted out into the gulf. I have invested less munnies in a glowy frisbee that does not blink. I intend to not throw it in the water.

Tue, 04/07/2009 - 5:40pmI don't recall it blinking. Chris, Janet, did it blink?

Wed, 04/08/2009 - 8:57amUh, it kind of pulsated b/c spinning in the air, I think.
After that initial incident I took another glowing frisbee of the same variety to the beach to hang out with Vasya and after extreme amounts of booze we decided that it would be tite to play glowing drunken beach frisbee in the ocean at like 2am. So for some reason both of my light-up frisbees have met untimely deaths at the hands of southern florida salt water. I didn't lose the second disc but the electric innards were quickly eaten away and rusted from the salt water.
