I remember his plant selection was the main thing I would be interested in at the Farmer's Market in my home town. I bought several plants from him over the years and it'll be sad to not see him this Summer. But I bet he's happy wherever he is now (and with so many people watching over what he left behind too!).

Fri, 02/13/2009 - 8:07ami'm regretting not getting a plant from him for my dorm...these dorms have air so stagnant that I can literally see the stationary smells (and feel a weird fatigue when I'm in the hallways)
but a few plants would probably help a lot (especially with the gases that leak out of the florescent lights in my room)
It's great to see how the community has banded together to help out his plants... <3 it :)
(now if only I inherited a large sum of money from a relative and could afford to keep the place running...)
