Does anyone have a favorite/selection of fav Firefox addons they can't live without? Or do you use a different web browser entirely? I really like FoxMarks - it organizes your bookmarks in an online account, the way you have them on the computer you uploaded them from - you can then access them from any computer that has Firefox on it. I also have a pretty nifty one that can make PDFs open in HTML pages, and there are a few others that I've downloaded (around 30) that I haven't bothered to figure out yet. StumbleUpon is cool too, but I haven't trained it much, so its recommendations for interesting websites are sometimes great and sometimes lame. Thoughts? Suggestions? Plans for world domination? Please to post with replies :).

Fri, 09/19/2008 - 10:58pmMy two favorites are "Cookie Button in the status bar" (at least that's what the add-on manager says it's called...) and Download Statusbar.
The former lets you change your accept/deny/ask settings for any site you're on in just a couple of clicks, and though many addons let you do that, this is BY FAR the one I feel most comfortable with. Really simple, small, fits in, all that good stuff.
Download Statusbar puts your downloads at the bottom of the window you're downloading from, Chrome style. I hate having the download manager window open all the time, so I love this one as well.
And... that's it for addons I use. I used to use IE tab, which lets you open tabs in firefox that render using IE, but I haven't done any web stuff in a while, and most sites that used to be IE-only have wisened up by now.
