Well i was talking to Declinda about spider pet abilities, and i took these photos a few days ago when this guy(actually a female since no big mandible things?)
Also i think ill call it Tachoma (however one spells theo ghost in the shell bots)
I hate finding a place covered in spiderwebs and spiders in my dreams, happens sometimes and it seems like the webs cover more ground every second, and more and more spiders appear to cover that new area
:(
We live on a lake shore, which among other things means spiders&bugs ad infinitum, and I've had to get used to scanning the interior of my car for spiders every time I get in to drive. One too many occurrences of having a spider in my face (literally) while moving down the road at high speed. :P
also got dive bombed by a cowbird today :D
a slight woosh, then the heavy flap of wings right above my head, although yesterday the bird actually bit my employer :(
When I was ten or eleven I used to live with my cousin who was 18 and really edgy. Like, she was all into the Pixies and the Cure and Dead Milkmen and stuff, and gave my my first cigarettes/wiskey/weed/etc. Anyway, she used to have this red-kneed south american tarantula that was the size of a large man's hand that she used to take out and let crawl all over the place. It's self-defence mechanism was that it's hairs were like fiberglass, so if you let it brush up against you, your skin would itch really bad from all the little hairs. I remember being scarred then intrigued when I found out that was the reason she used to rub her boobs all the time O_O
As to the pictures-- she's so lovely! But then, I'm a little obsessed. She has a fuzzy lil butt! XD
Reading about tarantulas and other spiders makes want to keep some again... brown widows. The idiot-proof pet. Feedings: once a week, perhaps a little more often. All you have to do is set up a tiny terrarium.

Feel free to raid my house for them. there are at least five in the living room.
I am absolutely horrified by any spider that's as big as my palm...especially if they have big bodies. If I had seen that black spider first hand, I might have just freaked and sprayed the area with Raid.
Kinda weird since the place I grew up in was next to a lot of unused and untended land(which doubles as a septic tank outlet) and we get all kinds of weird critters. Snakes, spiders, centipedes, beetles, huge rats, flying cockroaches, and even large fleshy ant-like things invade the home from time to time. Yet it is only spiders that I can't stand.
Also i found a bug that could be the origin of the fairy myth
Erm...all other photos are over 1mb limit for attached files >.>

Why are you posting them again? Has the Brambles randomness taken on a visual side?

Wed, 07/02/2008 - 10:17amD: I used to live in a rural area, and I came out one day, and I have like fifty just chilling in random spots on my car.
I wouldn't drive my car for a week, even after I had my mom go wash it.
